Private and Family Law Moot Court Competition
The Moot Court 2024 has started!
The Private and Family Law Moot Court is a competition among students, dedicated to the study, analysis and discussion of cases submitted to national and European judges, revised by the Scientific Committee, concerning the recognition, protection or ascertainment of social parenthood, but also medical responsibility, the protection of anonymity and the right to know one’s origins.
Students taking part in the competition are divided into teams, made up of students from the University of Milan – Bicocca and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia
Emilia, enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year of Giurisprudenza and the 2nd and 3rd year of Scienze dei Servizi Giuridici.
The hearings are held at the University of Milan Bicocca, in the prestigious Courtroom, in front of a panel of experts, made up of members of the Academy, magistrates, lawyers, civil registrars and other practitioners.
